It has been a long time since any official notice was put up.
(Sorry I wasn’t able to put this up in official homepage. For the benefit that most fans would be able to read this notice, I’ve requested for 601 admins to post this up here, hope that you can understand.)

Today’s notice is long, and a little complicated.

Hope you can read them carefully no matter what.

3 August is SS501’s magnae HyungJun’s birthday, all Triple S knows it right?

For fans who wish to gather together and celebrate our magnae HyungJun’s birthday, and congratulate him, we have prepared HyungJun’s birthday party.
How can we miss the birthday boy at the birthday party right? Birthday boy HyungJun will be attending. ^^

We are accepting applications for fans who are coming to SS501’s HyungJun Birthday Party, and congratulating him for his birthday.
We hope that many of you can apply to attend so that this birthday party, which we will prepare for as much as we could, can be completed successfully.

Notice below given in priority sequence,

Besides the birthday boy for this birthday party, the news of this birthday party has not been given to SS501 members yet.
After receiving the application, and then confirming the numbers of attendees which will enable the birthday party to run smoothly, we will then send an invitation to the members for HyungJun’s birthday party.
Because we are unable to confirm the schedules of members, we would like to inform you first that there might be chances that it might be difficult for them to attend on the day of birthday party.
There are many difficulties for us, to get hold of all members’ schedules and to fix a date,
We have chosen the best date based on our birthday boy HyungJun’s schedules and circumstances of fans living in other cities.
Once again, we would like to seek for your understanding that we are unable to provide confirmation whether the other members would be able to join this event.

Here are the details for the Birthday Party and method to attend.

SS501 in HYUNG JUN – 24th Birthday Party!
Date : 2010.08.01 (Sunday) 5.00pm (TBC)
Venue : Not confirmed yet (within Seoul) – Currently we are thinking of ‘Melon Arts Hall’ for the Birthday Party venue, however the venue will change according to the number of attendees.
Number of attendees allowed : Total 2,000 pax in order of deposit payment.
1. Seoul, Gyunggi, Incheon, Overseas – 1,000 pax
2. Other cities – 1,000 pax
*Fee for Birthday Party : 10,000 won per person

-other information in brief-
~ if they use Melon Arts Hall, it will be all standing
~ there are 2 standing area, numbers will be assigned according to the order of receiving of payment
~ 2nd Triple S members have 3 hours priority time to transfer payment ahead of others
~ Please find details for the payment in SS601.com. Note that there are 2 types of instructions, green colored words are for 2nd Triple S members and the blue colored words are for others/general.
